Prices are on the more expensive side, but dishes such as Saffron Mushrooms and Clams and Tequila Tilapia are well worth the trip.
The Copper Canyon serves up Southwestern American cuisine in the heart of Atlantic Highlands. Although lunch and dinner are on the menu, tequilas are huge here. Choose from more than 20 types of tequila. Dinner includes enticing gourmet quesadillas to fish enchiladas.
