The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City

Located on the Marina side of Atlantic City, The Borgata Casino & Spa has been labeled the first “Mega Resort” in Atlantic City. This luxurious resort, which has over 2,000 spacious rooms and suites, 14 signature restaurants, 11 specialty boutiques, a world class spa, 1000 seat theater, 2400 seat event center, 70,000 square feet of conference space, and don’t forget the 161,120 square foot casino, is by far the most impressive of all the casino’s located in Atlantic City.

Summing it up in one word, “Detail” would describe what I saw. From the bathrooms with the fine wood, granite sinks, and stainless steel walls, to all of the blown glass artwork, there was much detail in everything you see.

The Atlantic City Airshow, which is normally held the second Wednesday in August, offers a free, (yes I said free), flying event that will please all. Approximately 400,000 to 500,000 locals, tourists, and anyone in the South Jersey Shore area flock to the Atlantic City boardwalk and beach to get a close view of the soaring wonders.
