Trash removal for renters can be a huge hassle on the summer weekends in Sea Isle City. Check out is 11:00am, and owners require renters to dispose of all their trash before leaving. This can be extremely dificult when you have to pack, drive through the traffice, and may not have room to stuff bags of smelly trash in your car to drop it off at the dump site under the bridge on your way out.
For this reason, all of the Real Estate companies in Sea Isle addressed a letter of concern to the City Council. Hopefully, the new cousil will realize that this is a major problem and offer City Wide trash pick up on Saturdays.

The infamous Sands Casino and Hotel will fall on Thursday October 18th after Atlantic City puts on an elaborate fireworks display. This Casino was one of the first developed in Atlantic City and housed famous entertainers such as Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. A multimillion dollar Mega Casino will be built on the Sands site and will open in just a few years.

On September 5, 2007, Morey’s Pier was voted among the best “Seaside Amusement Parks” in the World. Located on the Boardwalk in Wildwood N.J., Morey’s Pier was recognized among the top three in the category of “Best Seaside Amusement Parks” in the world. This classic amusement park is the only Seaside Amusement Park on the East Coast to qualify for this prestigious Golden Ticket Award.

What brings thousands of enthusiast to Sea Isle the second weekend after Labor Day is the many finds that the Promenade has to offer during one of Sea Isle’s biggest events of the year: The Fall Festival. This event starts on Friday evening with a dance contest and music for the whole family. Saturday is highlighted with the Flea Market atmosphere that spans the whole promenade and sales at all the stores in town. There is also a food court in the center of town that offers various favorites from all the local eating establishments. Music and fun happens all day long.
On Sunday, you will find an Antique Car show, sand sculpting contest, and free trolley tours for everyone. There is also a ceremony with awards for the car show, sand sculpting, and beautification awards are given out to locals who take pride in making their properties more attractive.
Sea Isle marks this weekend as one of the best in South Jersey. So come out and have a blast.

As the summer ends and fall nears, many think that the Jersey Shore is “Closed for the Season”. That is wrong in every sense. Ocean City welcomes visitors all through September and October as the weather is still warm during the days and cool at night. On any given weekend, you will find the boardwalk thriving with the shops, food, and even the amusements. Both Wonderland Pier and Playland stay open during the weekends well into October.
Come to the Jersey Shore, not only in the summer, but all year round!!!

Avalon’s boardwalk is not what most think of at the Jersey Shore. Other than two smal eateries, (which are very good), and an arcade, this boardwalk does not have the rides, shopping, or excitement that other surrounding areas have with their boardwalk. But if you want a nice leisurely stroll, or a quiet bike ride, Avalon offers a nice quaint boardwalk that can be enjoyed by all.

Stone Harbors Welands Institute is having its 25th Silver Anniversary of the Arts Festival on September 15-16. This festival offers live animals, water activities, creative endeavors, food, art, and activities for the whole family. This two day event is well worth the trip. Sea Isle City will sponsor its first annual Irish Festival Friday & Saturday September 21st & 22nd. There will be music, food, and some Irish Drinks and fun for family and friends. Local businesses, along with a Texas Steer Catering Company, Trinity Bar from the Pier at Atlantic City will welcome locals and visitors alike. Bring your family and have a blast.

North Wildwood New Jersey will be hosting it’s annual Irish Weekend 2007 September 21, 22, and 23. Come join thousands of the “Irish” during this festival that offers food, fun, and activities for the young and old. This is a weekend the whold family can enjoy. So come to North Wildwood cause everyone has a little “Irish” in them.

For those of you who follow Drop Dead Sexy and their lively band, Labor Day Weekend will give you a double dose. Saturday night can be enjoyed by all at the Springfield Inn, located at 43rd Street and the beach in Sea Isle City.
